Woodcuts Frame Shop
was established in
August of 1987 by its owner Nathaniel
Harris. At our physical store in Nashville,
TN, we offer hundreds of open and limited
edition prints, serigraphs, original pieces,
framed art, cards, figurines, and fast
custom framing. We pride ourselves in the
diversity of our products.
The www.woodcutsfineart.com web site exists to
assist you in selecting the best piece(s) of
art and custom picture framing to accommodate your unique style. You’ll
be able to choose from hundreds of images
from several different genres. All of our
work is done in house to provide secure
timely finishes. I want to personally

Shipments
Please allow 1-2 weeks for the delivery of
your print(s). You have until December 20 to
get your Christmas orders in to us to have
it delivered to you by December 24.
Sales Tax
If you live outside of the state of
Tennessee, no sales tax will be added.
Tennessee residents will be charged
Tennessee Sales Tax.
Returns
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days
from receipt of order. Woodcuts is not
responsible for shipping charges on returns.
It is recommended that you insure the
package, and ship requiring a signature upon
receipt. Additionally, we strongly suggest
that you follow-up with our customer service
department after returns are shipped to
ensure that your package has been received.
A 15% handling fee will be deducted from any
credits issued if the merchandise is not
returned in the original packaging and in
resale condition. Shipping charges are
non-refundable. Please allow two billing
cycles for the credit to appear on your
statement. Please put the original packing
slip in the carton and wrap the package
securely.

Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, and Discover. We also accept
checks and money Orders. Personal Checks are
accepted, but must first clear the bank
before your order is shipped out (typically
7-10 days).
Damaged Goods
Our shipping team makes every effort to
prevent shipping damage, however, things
happen. So for your protection, please do
not sign for merchandise until you inspect
for damage, and keep the original shipping
carton. If there appears to be shipping
damage please contact us immediately. |
